Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations
For any exchange, return, or cancellation request, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. If an order is refused at the time of delivery for reasons other than shipping damage, it will be treated as a cancellation, and restocking and shipping charges will apply.
All items must be carefully inspected before accepting delivery. If you notice any damage during delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Once the damaged item is refused and verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement promptly. Original packaging must be retained, as it is required for return shipments.
Return Shipping
To coordinate a return, please contact our team. Return shipments must be securely repackaged in the original materials. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Delivery Requests and Changes
Unless otherwise arranged, caskets typically ship within 1–2 business days after an order is placed and are delivered within 2–7 business days. Once your order has left our facility, we are unable to delay delivery for any reason. Please notify your funeral home in advance to expect the delivery.
If an item cannot be delivered to the address provided at checkout, it will be considered a cancellation, and applicable return shipping and restocking fees will apply.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
